Ann C. Stewart grew up in Morristown, New Jersey and moved to Dallas in 1971.  She has lived in several Dallas neighborhoods, including the Park Cities and Preston Hollow, and her four children attended both public and private schools.  Ann’s life experiences are beneficial to both buyers and sellers since she can offer personal insight into various Dallas neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyles.

Ann has an Honors BA degree in Art History from Southern Methodist University.  With her art background and extensive personal home remodeling experience, she has a trained eye for aesthetics.  Sellers greatly value Ann’s suggestions on marketing homes with the most pizzazz, and her buyer clients are able to more easily visualize a not-so-perfect home’s full potential.

Having raised four children in Dallas, a majority of Ann’s personal and business connections are with other empty-nesters.  In order to meet the needs of the Dallas people she knows the best, Ann has chosen to specialize in zero-lot-line homes and town homes, which are popular lifestyle choices among her peers.  Additionally, Ann is currently in the process of writing an interesting article examining the trends of baby boomers as they continue leading active lifestyles, approach retirement and their children leave home.
